Audrey comes to the search world from the Library Science field, where she specialized in creating and managing digital collections for research and art libraries. She has worked at IBM, Reddit, Pinecone, and now Sourcegraph as a software engineer, with brief stints as a data scientist and developer advocate. She dedicates her free time to leading the Women of Search group, hiking with her rescue pups, and exploring the new place she calls home: Oakland, California.

Samdisha Kapoor

Wayfair

Samdisha comes to the search world with a strong foundation in product management, having led search experiences at Loblaw Digital and now focusing on search relevance at Wayfair. Her work spans core search infrastructure, A/B testing, semantic search, and building dashboards that surface meaningful insights. She has a background in both program and product management, and a passion for building data-informed, user-centered solutions. Outside of work, she works with the APM Canada board, a non-profit focused on improving access to product management for underrepresented groups, and finds joy in running, traveling, and reading.
