Which ticket categories are available?
We offer the following tickets types:
- Online Only Ticket – $ 60
Access to livestream of Haystack conference on May 6th & 7th, including chat, questions and early access to recordings - Early Bird Conference Ticket – $ 450
In-person access to the conference on May 6th & 7th in Charlottesville. Early Bird rate only available until March 31st, 23:59 EST. - Workshop Ticket – $ 500
Participation in the workshop “LLMs as Judges for Search” on May 5th in Charlottesville. Sponsored by OpenSource Connections. - Conference Ticket – $ 550
In-person access to the conference on May 6th & 7th in Charlottesville. - Early Bird Combo Ticket – $ 890
In-person access to the conference on May 6th & 7th at the Bradbury Vault in Charlottesville and to the Workshop “LLMs as Judges for Search” on May 5th. Sponsored by OpenSource Connections. - Combo Ticket – $ 990

Can I pay by invoice?

Do you offer Combo Tickets?
Yes. There are combo tickets for workshop and conference available.
How do I transfer my ticket to another person?
In your order confirmation and your payment confirmation emails you can find a link to your order details page. Use the change details button in the “Ordered Items” box to change the attendee name.
A ticket is only valid for one person and cannot be shared.
